Established in 2000, Dongguan Yongfei Hardware Products specializes in the production of different kinds of precision fasteners such as special screws and nuts, standoffs (spacers), shafts, rivets and brass inserts. We also manufacture pins, connector pins, F connectors, RF connectors, several brass fittings and fasteners for communication products and electronic products. We have a MOQ of 5,000 units and delivery time for 10,000 units takes four days. However, in urgent cases, we can shorten the delivery time to three days.
Our workshop covers an area of more than 5,000 square meters and is manned by 380 employees. To make sure we meet our customers' requirements for delivery time and product quality, our company utilizes various kinds of machining equipment and inspecting facilities such as more than 30 CNC machines, over 60 precise automatic lathes, as well as many kinds of processing machines. We own more than 200 machines. Our inspecting facilities include round testers (similar with 3-D measurement instruments), projectors, 2-D measurement instruments and laser detectors. We also use salt spray testers, pull testers, bend testers, altimeters, and meters for concentricity, surface roughness and hardness.
We comply to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards and our raw materials answer to RoHS. We make sure that all our materials are double-checked and retested before mass production. Our QC team is composed of 59 staff while our R&D team has five highly-experienced specialists.
